Many health experts actually advise their patients not to take exercise for granted because no matter how effective your diet plan is, without exercise, it is still considered unhealthy and therefore, ineffective.

Another thing that you also need to consider is getting enough sleep. Your exercise and other physical activities are actually easily affected by your sleeping habits. If you lack enough sleep, you will more likely be less motivated to exercise. Most of the time, you will feel very tired and it will result to stress.
